Peay Vineyards Wine Dinner
Join us for an intimate wine dinner featuring Peay Vineyards, located in California’s West Sonoma Coast.
The evening will include five wines paired with four courses, beginning with a welcome wine at 6:00pm, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Dinner is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
We’re thrilled to welcome Brooke Sabel, National Sales & Marketing Director for Peay Vineyards, who will join us to share insight into the winery, the vineyards, and the distinctive character of the West Sonoma Coast.
Peay Vineyards has long been a favorite of our wine director, Ryan Radish, admired as a standard bearer of New World wine production—particularly for Sonoma Pinot Noir. Their wines are known for remarkable depth balanced by freshness, a hallmark of the region’s cool, fog-laden mornings and long growing season. Peay has also been instrumental in the development of the West Sonoma Coast AVA, helping define a coastal expression that emphasizes brightness, balance, and place.

Chris Carpenter hasn’t been to Memphis since the 1982 Liberty Bowl when he played football for the University of Illinois, as they battled the University of Alabama in coaching legend Bear Bryant’s final game of his career.
Chris Carpenter is one of the most decorated winemakers in not just California, but in the world of wine. Huge accolades and a historic following from the wine world have followed him throughout his winemaking career. And having Tom Gannon here is always a blast as he keeps us on our toes with his knowledge of Spire Collections portfolio. The wines that will be poured for this dinner are truly special and highly allocated!

Eyrie Vineyards Wine Dinner
Join us at Little Flour on Tuesday, June 17 for a wine dinner featuring a limited allocation from the iconic Eyrie Vineyards that was just released and available for a short time only.
Our Wine Director, Ryan Radish, has curated a stunning lineup from this historic Oregon winery, and he’s excited to share it with you.
